  1. You don’t simply choose to be a non-dom. You have to apply,you have pay a fee,between £30,000 and £60,000 every year. The Chancellor of the Exchequers wife,mother of two children,possessor of 4 English homes,chooses to live in this country……..she chooses to evade paying the same taxes her husband imposes upon everybody else. Levelling up…….my posterior !!!!!
