  1. The Aral Sea is an object lesson. They diverted the water from 2 rivers to grow cotton in the Kazakhstan desert - madness. Arizona wants to grow Alfalfa & hay is a desert! Pure stupidity especially is they are using spray irrigation where over 50% is lost in evaporation.
