The PO know that whatever date they admit that they knew remote access was possible it lays them open to malicious prosecution for all cases after that date of sub-postmasters for fraud & false accounting. They are still try to avoid responsibility for their cover-up.

  5.  @pault1289  In recent years the majority of investment has gone into the London ring main & extending the outfall from Becton to further down river into the estuary proper. Leaks come a poor third or even forth after dealing with bursts.

Didn't read his emails, attended meetings and agreed to decisions but then says he didn't have the authority to make decisions. Didn't pass on important info as it was always someone else's job. WTF were the PO paying him to do! His defence is incompetence. Singh is a big fat liar.
