  4. Cons of NordPass: price x2 after initial sub of 1 or 2 years; logging in to sites that use SMS or authenticator app code & it wants to update password which is incorrect. Unlike Bitwarden & ProtonPass you can't unlock vault with a PIN, you have to use master password. I bought a premium membership on a offer for the dark web monitoring/data breach scanner but it is annoying that I have to log into Nord account before logging into Nord Pass. They say it makes it more secure - I think it is a PITA. Bitwarden's price is constant - no jacking up the price at renewal. Open source & has self-hosting. Can't believe you didn't include ProtonPass

  5. This myth won't die. Yes if you have and old low spec machine or care about a few extra fps in a game. Cue comment saying they don't have an AV because their PC slows to a crawl with one.

  6. Nonsense about false positives & uninstalling (there are tools from BD & others to uninstall & clean system). If you are formatting/reinstalling Windows you don't know what you are doing. Not intrusive as I only get alerts for bad websites & when I plug a USB stick in (to tell me it will scan it). You don't say what AVAM you use. I think you are just posting a negative comment to troll.

  7. Threat protection has too many false positives blocking websites. Slows some connections, so lite is the better option but still can have issues.

  9. Surfshark is owned by Nord. Not interested since it move to Netherlands. When my surrent VPN sub ends later this year will try Proton &/or Mullvad.
