  2. Mental health has always been largely ignored because broken bones & car accidents take priority + funds. More recently it is transplants, joint replacement, IVF, gene therapy & treating very premature babies that even if they survive may have long-term health problems. The crisis has built up due to zero hours contracts, classing employees as "self-employed contractors", stagnating wages with spiralling housing costs., and schooling obsessed with exam results & league tables rather than education with side-orders of knife crime + unrestricted social media.

  3. Move to the USA & eat hormone treated beef, chlorinated chicken, egg with salmonella & have to be kept refrigerated, cereals & soft drinks full of high fructose corn syrup and where ultra processed food is the norm.
