  1.  @therealrobertbirchall  Didn't listen to the video. Brown was in part responsible for the banking crisis with his "light touch regulation" but to be fair the Tories wanted even less regulation than him.

  2. New Labour sold their soul to the City of London to avoid the "tax & spend" label hence PPP became PFI which is like renting a TV back in the 20th century; you pay for it 3 times over. Reeves is determined to be "prudent" or is it Prudence? To be "fiscally responsible", that is why she is carrying on with the same failed policies & wants to "balance the budget". Is she going to stop banks paying ridiculous bonuses? Of course not but happy to keep the 2 child cap & stop winter fuel payments to poor pensioners who are just not poor enough to get the low level of support from Pension Credit ( back to the deserving & undeserving poor debate). Reeves is a Tory Chancellor!
