  1. When I was in London my tax office was Bradford. I moved to the South &West & now my office is Newcastle, it takes at least 30 minutes to get to speak to someone on the phone & the automatic menu is so vague it is usual to get through to the wrong dept. & have to recall as they can't put you through to the correct one or all the lines are busy.
