Couldn't answer who was making decisions to instruct outside legal counsel. The PO was spending money like water on lawyers & no one was accountable & the government entirely absent to exert any control.

  11. All these so called investigates had closed minds! Sub-postmasters were guilty, Horizon was perfect & so prosecute them or get them to plead guilty to recover money for the PO that was never missing. Absence of evidence proved guilt not nonsense.
