  1. Apparently Estonian has said to the Russian speaking residents, learn Estonian & take citizenship or leave the country. They will not tolerate a 5th column in the country that will support Putin. Finland has closed 3 of the 4 border crossing with Russia & Kaliningrad is being limited in the number of its citizens can cross into neighbouring countries.
