You get minerals in normal food - there is no need to buy those in concentrated form. Same thing goes for vitamins. There is nothing better than real and whole foods. That is what your body needs. Yes it is VERY over-rated, same goes for the vagina. It is really not that special and you get tired of it very quickly. Personally I get bored of women fast and that is not my fault - it is because they are so damn boring. They have nothing of interest to say, there isn't anything to learn from them.
