If she is a typical western female that has been nailed up and down since middle-school she is looked upon as a slut, and she is. So she probably didn't meet his family, and if you are going to date a muslim and you're not you need to convert first. If you do not there can be consequences for her or him or both because you bring dishonor and disrespect to your family of course. So he probably saw her a slut, and took her to a hotel as you do with sluts, and nailed her there.
