  4. No one is happy 24/7 all the time every day - we don't live in a paradise full of friendly angels, after all. And no one can be on top of everything all the time either, sometimes we have no energy or we get bored or feel down or blabla, doesn't mean there is anything wrong with your life or with you - that is just how it is sometimes. When that happens I usually have a coffee, watch a movie I like, do some push-ups to release some endorphins.
