There are plenty of male narcissists as well. It's not an all female disorder. I have talked to many men like that and they are just as bad, they act the same way as these women. The difference is that at least they will not accuse you of rape or to have a baby with them when you don't.

I'D say it's more of a 99,9% possibility for that. Mental disorder is very common today. More and more people feel bad because reasons, and I think that number is higher in women. Because they are now being forced to live a lifestyle they don't really want or are designed for.
