They are actually explaining that they are trash, and have no class or value - they are telling us in other words that they are not gf or wife-material...and then they wonder why Chad and Tyrone doesn't want to commit...?   4. There is no cure for mental illness especially if you are psychotic or have a diagnosis like borderline or similar. Maybe she meant she was undiagnosed but now she is on medication. That means she's still just as crazy as before - only difference is now she is also on drugs.
