  1. NOthey won't because you're included in their sick DEI plans, how does it feel to know that your skin color is basically the primary reason why you were hired? If I were you I would take offence to that...where I come from we call that racist. Wouldn't you rather be hired because you are well suited for the job and you have the right skills and credentials?

Of course they do just as blacks always use the victom-card/race-card just as fat people use it just as women use the woman-card....any victim-mentality is bad and toxic, this person is a f loser, not because of how they look but because they are constantly victims and only use this to get what they want OR to get OUT of responsibility....this is called victim-mentality, the very same thing that made the leader of BLM rich....by getting funding and donos from people with white guilt.   3. Exactly, they have EARNED it by real TALENT and SKILL and DETERMINATION, and that is why you SHOULD hire someone not because she has a vagina........who cares? I don't think they code with their vaginas, in Japan you have to do the job you were hired to do or you're fired. So it's not like in the west where you get hired just by showing your drivers-license and adding "I'm gay/trans" who the f cares...? What does that got to do with anything? What does that got to do with the job?
