  3. Exactly - policies like that only work if your plane and seats can actually handle it. You can't have just one size seats and then say something like that. The funny thing is that someone that is working on the airline said that....which should know better And they do but they just don't give a fuck - they just work there, and they gave her an automatic f-you-response.
