  4. Showing emotions and maintaining "mental health" whatever that means, has nothing to do with each other. And being emotional is a female trait. If a man is emotional it means he is acting as a woman. He does not have enough testosterone to be a real man. This puts women off and makes them have less respect for the "man". Women say this is what they want - a man that is showing his feelings. This is incorrect. Women have a very low IQ and have no clue what they want or what a real man is. Do not listen to women. Listen to truth, logic, reason and evidence. Learn to think for yourself. But if your testosterone is too low there is nothing you can do about it. This means you are a type b male. This also means that a woman will never respect you. And it means that you tend to act more like a woman than as a real man. There is absolutely nothing you can do about this except fake it.
