There are many factors but I saw an interesting theory...it said: "is men becoming more feminine because females are getting more masculine?", and if you think about it that is actually a rational reason because men had to be masculine in order to protect their females, but today no protection is required - females are now strong and independent, or so they claim. So there is no reason for men to be masculine anymore, and being masculine doesn't help you in this feminine society we have created either. Evolution makes us into what we need to be, so if we don't need to be something anymore we will slowly lose the ability to be so.
