Releationships ARE hard, they are not always easy, they are not always fun, not everything in life as an adult is about easy and fun. People that think like that cannot have relationships, all they have is failed "relationships" and hook-up, which are absolutely 100% pointless. People that sleep around are not successful in any way shape or form, they are trash like the people they hook up with, winners are in successful HAPPY relationships, or they prefer to be alone and be happy and do other things.

Knowing and learning are two seperate things though, many people know driinking is bad for you but does that mean they don't drink? No, they will still go out and drink again next weekend. Did their previous hook-up lead to happiness or failure and depression? Did they learn something? Did they change? Unlikely, people don't change - they repeat the same mistakes. It's everyone's experience not just yours - more females in the workplace or any place = more problems. Same thing goes for the gyms, problems problems - if we create only-female spaces and only male-spaces let's compare stats after a year or so and you will find and see just how problematic females are and all they do is fight, and disagree, and get jealous, and hurt, and bla bla, they love drama and they love attention, if they don't get it they get bored.
