This is political - the fact that they take their phones on the regular doesn't prove HE did anything wrong, that means THEY are doing something wrong, it's called abusing your powers, something th left do all the time to get their way. They do the same thing with anyone they speak up against them that they think the public will listen to and can challenge them, they do the same with Trump.
