  8. Yea...I think the super-smart politicians of NYC missed the point with that one. Scooters don't commit crimes - people commit crimes. Bad people - people that SOULD be locked up. Why should they be locked up, you might ask. To protect everyone else from them. If you don't do that they will attack everyone else and commit crimes against them. We - the normal people - pay taxes, to get protection from criminals.
