  1. I'm not a financial expert or anything but I think this is because you spend your entire budget on immigrants? And what do they give you in return? Crime gangs drugs rapes robberies assaults unsafety and fall of society, oh and kids...many many...kids, what an awesome trade! Too bad you cannot build any future or infrastructure with this eh.
