You get extremists in all gatherings of folks. From religions to music fans. There is definitely a minority of Juggalos that are violent f**ks. But then, there is a minority of the general population that are the same. Classifying ALL Juggalos as a 'gang' is a gross perversion of The Law. But then, in the State I live in Australia, we have 'anti-bikie' laws. Members of an 'Outlaw' motorcycle club are not allowed to wear colours, nor are members allowed to congregate in public in groups of more than three. Further, the laws have placed restrictions on what businesses MCC members are allowed to operate. eg, you can't own a tattoo parlour. You can't own a pub or club. It's fucking archaic. All because some biker a few years back decided to say in public "We run the Gold Coast". It hurt the politicians and especially the Police Minister's Ego.
