  5. @angieng5279  They didn't see the plane. They were wearing white phosphor (not yet confirmed what type but general consensus says WP) night vision goggles, which would have narrowed their field of view and compressed depth of field. They were approaching the passenger aircraft at an angle that would not have allowed them to see the narrow beam of the landing lights on the aircraft. Please don't fan the conspiracy claims. There was no deliberate crash. Sometimes, I reckon Hollywood has brainwashed the populous.
