Hey, Greg. This is probably one of the most nerve-wracking, yet hilarious snake relocations I've ever witnessed or watched on YT. Truly funny for this Aussie but also very concerning LOL.

We dog people love our furry companions. My old dog, Jack, who passed away some years ago was a bush dog. He slept under my 4WD when I lived in the scrub. If there was a perceived danger about, he'd let out a low, distinctive growl just loud enough for us to hear. Over the years he warned us of snakes, wild pigs, suspect people sneaking through the bush at night, and even a crocodile. He was an awesome dog. His 'sister' is still with me. She's nearly nine now. Jack was nearly 19 years old when he died. Jack was a diver. I have photos from when he was a young dog staying underwater (looking for the rock I threw) for over 30 seconds. This is a short video of when he was about 10 years old I think. He's chasing a rock for me https://youtu.be/hcdmZKeN8aM

4:00 I only just finished watching a video from an Australian in the US visiting a Cabelas. I said that our camping chain stores need to lift their games. Kids absorb knowledge, sometimes it seems, by osmosis. You don't think they're hearing you and then they surprise you later on.

7:57 Yep. Which is why my laces get tucked into my boots.

I didn't know you were over here. I'd have said g'day if I'd known.

That was a brilliant feed of Salmon. Yummo!

This. This is great. A complete bushcraft beginner, taken out bush with a seasoned survivalist/bushcrafter. Love it. This is the start of a great friendship.
