Just sayin', all these scams were borne from the days of 'self-help' books like 'Think And Grow Rich', "How To Win Friends And Influence People', etc, etc. Amway et al live by the mantras the old scammers wrote about. These noobs today are just rebirthing these scams in the internet age. Sometimes I love being old enough to be one of the 'Once Bitten, Twice Shy' people.

Logan, being just a kid, forgets that us older farts could see right through this scam. I pity the younger folk who trusted this germ and got sucked into losing hundreds of thousands of dollars.

  15. People actually bought 'shares'? Wow... Yeah, nah. I follow disrupt as well and saw the first spruik and just couldn't believe he was serious. Then I looked at the back story. This exercise should be titled 'How Not To Sell A YouTube Channel'. If disrupt dies it will not be on account of fans of the channel but in the way this guy conducted himself. He could have been brutally honest and said, "I need at least half a million to keep this channel going because I bought half of it off my partner. Can you help me keep disrupt alive?""
