  1. A truly unique aircraft in its day. But also an example of decadence. I mean, yes, the food and drink was lovely, but every passenger was sitting in what could only be described as economy seating. But if you flew Concorde, you had done something few others had and paid big money for the privilege. A very expensive rich person's ego massage.
