The messenger showing how simple, lifechanging procedures are either unaffordable, or unavailable in certain countries. 'The Land Of The Free', where people go blind because you have to pay for basic healthcare.

  23.  @cross9137  I see your point. However, I can only relate this to how I would react if I heard that a celebrity was going to pay for peoples' groceries at my local supermarket. I live below the poverty line in my country but I wouldn't head down to the store and stock up on more food than I could eat in a year. I wouldn't even go. If I was doing a regular shop and got those groceries for free, that would be a bonus. But I wouldn't go out of my way to load up on groceries based on a rumour, or even a billboard lit with lasers announcing the fact. I might live on the bones of my arse, but I have a little pride.
