  3. Years ago, I had close family friends whose youngest son, a weedy little kid before puberty, started martial arts to protect himself. He grew into a big kid, and eventually took up Muay Thai. He went to Thailand for intensive training and did fairly well for himself. Trent 'Hammer' Hansen. There are videos on YouTube.
