  1. I'm a Ford fan. However, when I was a young teen, I got to ride in a modified A(X. This thing had a 308 with twin 750 Double-pumpers on top of a tunnel ram manifold and was freaking scary quick. Just awesome. The same bloke ( a neighbour) also owned an L34 Bathurst spec 'sleeper'. Oh, and my dad worked at as a senior mechanic at a major Holden dealer for a while, so he would bring home many of the second-hand trade-ins 'to test drive'. Statesmans, Devilles, Toranas etc. He brought home a Hot Pink GTR XU1 Bathurst model one day. Oh, maaaan.
