@archbaligalachannel4765 No. Trump thinks the US is the big market. Problem is, raising tariffs makes the US a less enticing market, therefore leading to other countries making better trade deals with countries other than the US. The US will become isolated in terms of world trade, and I doubt the United States can become self sufficient in goods and services in a hundred years, let alone four. That's reality. Trillions upon trillions in debt and Trump is choking US businesses that rely on imported goods to inject money into the country. But hey, he knows how to go bankrupt, and cheat.
