  1. HEMA maps and their ongoing lack of support for people who paid 700+ dollars for their navigation unit. They had an argument with their server provider last year. Since then, users' units have either bricked themselves trying to update, or have failed to update via their 'workaround'. They now want to charge $90 to update the unit if you send it to them, or you have to personally take the unit to their headquarters to get updated. ZERO communication with their customers.
