  1. I realised how toxic social media and mainstream media that had specific agendas after the recent Referendum in Australia. I shut down my FB, Twitter, and other social media accounts. I watch some mainstream news via YouTube, but I am always skeptical of their motives, so ensure I watch a wide range of news from both sides of the fence to get some idea of the real picture. And I don't take any 'real footage' as the truth. We live in a world that is almost overrun with misinformation and fake stories, and I find that really sad as a nearly 60-year-old person.
