  1. Didn't know the rules? It's common sense, why do some people think there has to be a rule for it to be not ok? Here in the uk we have the slow lane and 2 passing lanes, trucks are not allowed to use the 3rd lane so they use lanes 1&2 only. Cars & vans use all 3 lanes.
