This was a public street with a speed limit of 45. Because that was what the investigators found. These reports are public record. Tires on a Porsche are not comparable to those on a racecar. The issue came because the tire treads were lower than recommended and they were driving at excessive speed. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Trying to break on low treads after it had rained an hour prior going 90+ is grounds for loosing control. But your also free to have your own view.
