I've struggled though cancer for 6 years, Suicidal thoughts isn't a "phase." It's a sign of mental illness. I'm sorry your suicidal, but equating ending your life to transgenderism is ridiculous. There's a victim in doing the former. There is no victim in the latter. Transitioning makes people happy, You know why? Because THEY ARE being them. And neither you, nor anyone else, has a right to take that from them.

Sheltering children from the real world makes them incapable of functioning on their own. 14 is early? A child knows what he or she wants a lot younger than 14. She wants to be a girl. Being a girl makes her happy, because she was born with the hormones and mind of a woman. So let her be happy, and worry about your own life. Don't claim to care about someone when you obviously don't.
