@theskicker8856 No he didn't. There is no evidence of that line ever being said. A few more google searches would have told you that.

@kevinhaid6211 his actually is not true. Not only was the Californian not close enough to Titanic to save her, she did not have the space. She was a small steamer vessel, not a passenger liner. She didn't see her lights. She was 15 miles away. Even if Lord had responded right away to the distress rockets (of which were both the wrong color and the wrong intervals) at her top speed, she would have arrived 10-20 minutes after Titanic sank. Most in the water would have already been dead. Lord chose not to risk his crew for a futile effort, and is unfairly villified for it.

 @theskicker8856 Not only was that "God" line never said, Smith did in fact listen to ice warnings. He took Titanic farther south in an attempt to avoid known areas of ice.
