  1. There's a difference though between a lapse in judgement and negligence. When you are racing through streets, taunting drivers, there is an awarness that what you are doing is dangerous and irresponsible. Please do not justify this behavior, nor try to insuiate that those who call this what is it, negligent stupidity, are not living in reality.

  3. As an American, he would absolutely not get the death penalty. At max, he'd be looking at 25-life. Vehicular manslaughter doesn't carry a death sentence.
