  2. we are running out of water because of all of the unnessasery building of thousands of homes for unwanted illigal immigrants and the meny rivers flowing down our streets where watermains are broken and have not been fixed.

  3. i am not a grass nor a snitch ,if people want to water there lawns ,so be it , we all pay to use it ,or are the water companys going to give us a refund if we use less ,i cant see them doing that can you.
