  4. lets make our own laws that are justifiable laws . ive missed a couple of appointments before because of unknown cercumstances that were through no falt of my own , but most of the time i have cept to them ,when i arrive on time they make me wait an hour or more so surely they should pay a penalty for them not keeping an apointment time ,this should work both ways surely.
