  1. every penny the government and councils spend should be accounted for so as the tax payers know where and what there money is being spent on.

  2. the money should be spent on repairing our roads and on careing for our disabled and elderly and towards keeping our streets free of litter and putting police on patrol around our towns and citys thats what we pay council tax for. not to pay to a bunch of free loaders that have paid nothing in to the system.
