  1. The web designer can choose her clients. And clients can choose their web designer. If you want to take photos with only white children to recreate a 1940s theme then that is fine, but you could also take others photos and not use them in the 1940s theme. We wouldn't hear a case for racial discrimination if a film maker rejected white, Asian, Hispanic actors based on their skin colour, if the movie was about African tribes.
