  1. There's nothing making me answer the phone or agree to work. Banning a boss calling you outside of work is ridiculous.

  2.  @keithparker1346  If that happens then I wouldn't answer the phone or simply say I've already made plans. It depends on the job and the boss. Mostly I'll be contacted to check something or confirm something. I'm professional and there to help. Banning ALL calls is not going to achieve anything.

  3.  @keithparker1346  Many reasons. Depends on the job. Someone may not be able to find something etc. I'm a sub contractor at the moment so it doesn't really apply to me as I'm contacted at all times to verify dates, delivery of materials etc.
