I wouldn't be surprised is this is a publicity stunt. I can totally see trump suggesting she flirts with him to get everyone talking about trump and him being irresistible. He constantly talks about how he thinks he's good looking. He's having a continuous mid life crisis. He looks at himself and thinks, I've got to do something to convince people I'm attractive.
