  1. So.. The number of stop and search incidents under the "reasonable suspicion" rules increased from 631 in 2017 to 2501 in 2018, with 73% of those occurring in London. Let's assume there was "reasonable" suspicion.. Only 0.32% led to a crime being discovered and an arrest being made.. Doesn't this prove that the police are unable to correctly identify suspicious behaviour and if so then why remove the need for "reasonable suspicion" to increase this harassment and invasion into the public's lives?
