I prefer to analyse the Noah story and then throw the book in the fiction section and then there's no need to look to the bible for guidance anymore than you would a Harry Potter book.

@mikegalway4733 Nobody is denying that major floods have occurred. We can see evidence of this in geology. But the one described in the Bible didn't happen. That's fiction. At least the Quran attempted to rectify this nonsense story by updating it to a "local" flood that lasted 140 days. Which removes the point of God's wrath anyway.. If the biblical flood happened as written, we'd all be extinct, regardless of floating around on an arc for a while first. 🤷‍♂🤦‍♂
