  1. If you pay me £14,000 to fix your kitchen and it all has to be scrapped, I'll be held responsible. I'll be taken to court if I refuse to fix the kitchen or my client will be rewarded the full amount plus compensation so my client can have the kitchen they want. What law can I use to avoid all consequence, just incase someone pays me for a kitchen and I just want to take the money and go on holiday with my kids instead?
