In university I saw 28 grams taken from a group of students, and not even a name was recorded. In my City, if you witness anti sociable behaviour from students, the police encourage the public to contact the university and not even involve the police. I was sat in the sun enjoying a cool beer with some friends, and 2 police officers came to move us on. We were told it was illegal to have an open container of alcohol in public. But a group of posh students can sit and have a picnic with bottles of champagne and they don't even get approached. I later discovered it is not illegal to have an open container of alcohol so it was just a lie. The rich are treat differently from birth. Two tier society is a reality in the UK.
