  1. Tories have the mindset that every other party would do worse. There'll be zero difference at the polls regardless of corruption, covid deaths, tax cuts for the rich, chumacracy etc etc... This mindset is obviously ridiculous and not based in reality, but the mindset is still real.. You have to have a very selfish mindset to vote tory in the first place, so if brexit doesn't affect them directly, they'll call it a success no matter the suffering of millions of Brits.
