She's cringing at her own video titles.. I hope that translates into shame and she reevaluate her contribution on social media platforms.

I'm pleased to see the parents that lost children that day suing alex for his biased and irresponsible statements that he directly profited from.
23
Release her directly into prison.

If you read through the comments, it really does highlight why this case is so important. Some people just can't concentrate on the whole of the situation and so round off all the edges and create a narrative that they can handle or agree with. Then they go on to form opinions based on the fiction they have written for themselves. You see this when a person comments that this is an attack on free speech or that the judge is biased, or making false claims about what is actually being said in court etc.
10
@og_ludachris5611 He said children that died in a mass shooting weren't dead and the parents of those victims weren't grieving and they lied about their children dying. That's slander which is defamation and is a crime. I know that isn't important to you as it wasn't your child and you lack empathy, but it is important to those effected and this is their law suit. Peace x

I'm pleased this man didn't get to waste the courts time. There's video evidence of all the defamation so this is correct. Just move to the judgement.
6
Imagine sitting there in court because you knowingly claimed that children didn't actually die in a mass shooting. I hope alex DOES have an ounce of rationality so he can experience empathy and guilt for the pain he's caused.
6
Sounds pretty mental to me.
6
@AkioWasRight Robbed at knife point instead of by a group with AR15s and shotguns? You don't see what he's talking about?
5
When they run a story that commits slander and libel against parents of murdered children. Some folks seem confused about what is going on here.. This isn't about lying.. This is a defamation civil law suit filed by the parents..
3
Strange how these "heroes" that bring the people the TRUTH are now distancing themselves from that "truth" .. It would have been a much more interesting case if they came to court to shake up the system with all their "evidence" and proved as they claimed that the Sandy Hook mass shooting was a conspiracy to advocate gun restrictions .. Oh well .. 🤷♂ I guess all the "sheeple" were right all along, again!
3
She would have done NOTHING if she wasn't armed with a gun.
3
It is quite clever to go low tech instead of the power point presentation. What you can't do with a pen and paper is show video clips of alex. You can attempt to paint the narrative. Unlike the prosecution that can just show alex saying defamatory claims. This should be a quick defamation case as there's evidence. Case closed.
3
Lawyer: Can I use the argument that alex is too ignorant to know what he was doing? 🤣🤦♂
3
If it's not slenderman it'll be something else. Life in a digital global multi media world is full of triggers.
2
I don't think ANY juror would convince anyone to give a death sentence because they don't like a person. I'm pretty sure that juror would be removed. They have to consider evidence without prejudice.
2
So you can walk into a shop with an AR15? These pussies wouldn't rob people and might actually get a job if they couldn't use a gun like cowards.
2
He's trying to generate the revenue needed to pay for the settlement. He's already been convicted of defamation so this is just a publicity stunt now for alex.
2
I thought it was a love crime...
2
@KelliRocks So why do yt people stab yt people?
2
@norwegianpride7523 I reported a body to police, and the officer showed up, touched her leg and said, she's dead. And that was that. Didn't even check for a pulse. The ambulance came and later declared she was in fact dead..
2
You think she was mentally fine?!
2
@romystumpy1197 So this woman is a shining example of mental health to you? Is there anything in this story that might suggest she has mental health issues?
2
@freelancegeneralist1664 You have the freedom to say what you want if it is true. But since the Theatre act was passed in 1968, and later the Broadcasting act in 1990, it has been illegal to lie about someone. Thanks for proving my point though. You seem to care about freedom of speech and yet don't understand what that means, and you can't hold onto your opinion if you have followed and understood the trial.
2
Seems legit. I play hide and seek with my adult friends all the time. One time, I fell asleep because I counted sheep by mistake..
1
@CosmicMystic369 Epstein died because he had information.. So there's no risk of that happening to alex 🤷♂
1
"I'm not accustomed to being taken care of.." Yeah such a strong independent guy, that murdered a family because they didn't feed him.
1
I don't go around telling grieving parents their kids aren't really dead and that they're just actors so I'm ok harvesting my crops. And yes people including alex should reap what they sow.
1
@johngreenwood1610 It's amazing how arogant people can be. You are learning that alex jones has been lying to you about Sandy Hook being a false flag event. I'm going to go out on a limb and say you were one of the people that believed him. Rather than admit you were gullible you'd rather "educate" those that weren't so gullible on how to research and gather information correctly. It's quite hilarious 😂. Tell us again how to avoid looking like a gullible fool. Your freedom of speech isn't at risk because you never had it. You're not free to say whatever you like. You have the right to remain silent and you have the right to sue a liar for slander and libel. You also have the right to prove what you said was true and NOT slander or libel. People just don't like taking responsibility for the words that come out their mouths. Alex is already claiming this isn't a fair trial but this will be the last you hear about it in a court. There'll be no appeal or counter claim because he is lying again. I hope more people are encouraged to sue anyone profitting from lying about cases like this. Grow up. Peace x
1
Bless her having alex inserted directly into the ear.
1
Absolute pointless death.
1
@og_ludachris5611 The lines are set in stone, in law. You can't slander someone and so this is the correct course of action for our courts. It's a shame a conspiracy theorist couldn't provide any evidence to prevent the defamation case but there's all you need to know about alex. 🤷♂
1
@og_ludachris5611 You're talking about parents that have had their children murdered! Show some respect if you want anyone to listen to your opinions.
1
@og_ludachris5611 You said this case was about hurt feelings. Who were you referring to if not the parents. It's the parents that have filed this law suit. There's nobody else involved.. I'm just here to comment on it. The only bias is from the alex cling-ons. Everybody else is just pleased to see this liar finally get some consequence for some of their lying. Peace x
1
@og_ludachris5611 It's clear you don't care for morals or what is right and good. Peace x
1
@seminoldschool7032 Yeah real "genius" use alex's mind 😂 Have you bought your z-shield? 😂
1
People are only caught for maybe 5% of their crimes? He's so prolific he is now doing it in public shops and multiple times. They should charge him based on that.
1
@kevinb6831 Why would a civil law suit have a jury?? Anyway. I do believe he should have the right to represent himself in court. Which he has had. He was given the opportunity to submit any evidence proving it's not slander and yet he declined, and so that's why we're here. But of course alex is claiming he submitted all the evidence and he is a victim of a corrupt court. But as we can see, EVERYBODY is distancing themselves from the narrative so it would appear alex is lying. But what is he to do. His business is conspiracy theory so he has to try and keep the conspiracy alive somehow. Only the most gullible alex fan will hang on his every breath now.
1
@jspringer86 So it's little guy syndrome? You feel weak and see big guys walking about and you feel scared. YOU want to be the bully. I don't want weak little men walking around judging whether I deserve to go home to my family. Pussies.
1
But why was he sleeping under the bridge if he was working to pay for a room..?
1
His teeth are in a queue
1
I think she took "Expect more, pay less" too literally.
1
Would you let a person take your life? Or your kids? Everyone has a breaking point or a set of circumstances that push them to do desperate things. Think yourself very lucky you haven't been taken there yet.
1
Female officer: The one thing I don't know is where the glass comes into it. Male officer: Ok ok, so where does the glass come into it?
1
@ThatsNuckinFuts Then it should be incredibly easy for his lawyers to win the case. I look forward to ALL the evidence and this case getting blown up! But when that doesn't happen, then I want you to apologise and admit it was YOU that was fooled by alex ok?
1
@maxvogan8183 He's going to need a lot more "evidence" than that to justify making his claims that it was all a hoax.
1
@pluralizor2957 He should have paused and checked his evidence before using his free speech and then this wouldn't have happened and we could rely on alex for information rather than conspiracy theories.
1
@pluralizor2957 "please anyone show me which law he broke before you jump to a thought... its not defamation as they didn't lose money" - Defamation is a communication that injures a third party's reputation and/or honour/dignity. Slander is spoken defamation, and libel is written defamation. Defamation is a crime. If you have evidence of crime then you should report it to the appropriate authority. Lying about a child's death is not trivial and I'm pleased the parents acted accordingly.
1
@pluralizor2957 "simple fact is what he said is free speech. You don't like it. Don't listen to what he says. People say far crazier things on a regular basis." - I don't want to see him silenced, it's entertaining to a point and even if not like a lot of content I prefer to hear opinions I don't agree with than have my opinions silenced. I'm thinking of subscribing to his channel now as I'd enjoy watching his round head turn beetroot as he cries and cries about the injustice 🤣 But.. If you go online and say ANYTHING about my family or my children, especially when my child has been murdered, then I will at the very least sue you, and you better hope I still have a reason to be alive. What a sick individual to act the way he does about murdered kids.. Sick! And as we are discovering, he had ZERO evidence to back up those sick opinions. How can you come to the defence of a person like that?!
1
@pluralizor2957 But you're wrong and there isn't a need for financial damages to make a case for defamation..
